The following terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between Kollegg Clothing and the customer and refer to the online offer of Kollegg Webstore. The online product and service offers are only valid as long as they are visible on the website of www.kollegg.com and as long as the stock is sufficient. the images shown on the website are for illustration only and are not binding. Divergences of colors may exist depending on the product. these terms and conditions do not apply to purchases made in the chain stores.
Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via the internet portal kollegg.com in the version valid at the time of the order.
Contract / Order
All information about purchases and prices within the ordering process are non-binding. with your order you make a binding offer. this offer is accepted by us as soon as we assign an order number to the offer. Kollegg reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer. Only with the acceptance of the offer a claim for de- livery of the purchases arises. You will receive an e-mail from us with your order confirmation and your order number.
Prices
The prices shown on the website www.kollegg.com are issued exclusively in the currency of Euro, including vat and excluding shipping costs.
Kollegg clothing reserves the right to change their prices at any time. for the products ordered by customers, however, the prices valid on the order date and stated on the order confirmation are always valid.
Shipping
In Finland, we deliver free of charge from an order value over Euro 95, below that we charge Euro 5.90.- per order. the payment is made by paypal or by credit card.
Outside of Finland into all Eu countries we charge a delivery fee of 10 Euro.
If the order value reaches a higher amount then 140 Euros the delivery will be also free of charge.
Delivery
The purchases are delivered inside of Finland via the Finnish Post service.
All products are shipped from Finland and we do our best to send the purchases within 0-3 working days. The delivery deadline in Finland is usually 3 to 7 working days.
Shipping to Europe will have a delivery time of approximately 3-12 working days.

Kollegg clothing reserves the right to make a partial delivery, if this seems to be beneficial for an efficient handling of the overall delivery. Of course, in such cases in the subsequent deli- very no further shipping costs will be charged.
Guarantee and Warranty
The warranty for goods is 12 months if a longer or shorter warranty period is not applicable. Defective goods must be reported in writing within 10 days of delivery or after the occurrence of the damage at the address given above, otherwise the warranty claim will be canceled. The warranty claim is valid from the date of delivery. It will extinguish if used improperly or natu- rally. sammgg clothing is the best of the money, a case of a service of an individual service of use.
Minor Model Deviations
It sometimes happens that the design of individual articles changes slightly. For such modifi- cations of the manufacturers and suppliers, Kollegg clothing can of course assume no liability. but you can exchange such articles, if you so wish, within 14 days.
Maintenance / Handling
Kollegg clothing accepts no liability whatsoever for the misconduct of the customer in the care and / or handling of the delivered articles.
